I’ve been eating strawberries daily the last few weeks. I pass by them in the supermarket and can’t resist their beautiful red color. I always end up with a little punnet in my basket and walk home extra carefully trying hard not to smash them! No one likes a soggy strawberry! I never used to be a huge strawberry fan (I love super sweet raspberries) but lately I’m addicted.

I’ve been throwing them in my morning smoothies, baking them in pies, putting them in salads and eating them as is for dessert!
